פרשת פינחס – “וְעַל פִּיהֶם יִהְיֶה כָּל רִיב וְכָל נָגַע” וסגולות לכל הישועות על פי הכהנים בפרשת פינחס אנו פוגשים את פינחס הכהן, שקיבל מאת ה’ את ברית השלום ואת ברית כהונת עולם בזכות קנאתו לשם שמים. מכאן אנו לומדים את גודל מעלת הכהונה ואת תפקידה להביא שלום, ברכה וכפרה לישראל. חז”ל מלמדים שהכהנים הם צינור לברכת ה’. כאשר הכהנים מברכים את העם בברכת כהנים, אין זו ברכה פרטית שלהם, אלא השכינה שורה על ידיהם, כפי שנאמר: “וְשָׂמוּ אֶת שְׁמִי עַל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל, וַאֲנִי אֲבָרֲכֵם.” עוד נאמר בתורה: “וְעַל פִּיהֶם יִהְיֶה כָּל רִיב וְכָל נָגַע.” (דברים כ”א, ה’) מכאן למדו חז”ל שהכהנים נתמנו להיות מורי התורה ופוסקי ההלכה בעניינים רבים, והם מביאים שלום בין אדם לחברו ובין אדם למקום. סגולות המבוססות על מקורות חז”ל והפוסקים ברכת כהנים בכוונה – לעמוד ביראה, לכוון לקבל את הברכה, ולהאמין שהקב”ה הוא המברך. כבוד תלמידי חכמים וכהנים – חז”ל הפליגו במעלת המכבד את משרתי ה’. לימוד פרשת פינחס – להתחזק במידת השלום, כפי שפינחס זכה ל”ברית שלום”. שמירת הלשון – הכה...
