Aharon doesn't just light a Menorah, he lifts it — the verb בְּהַעֲלֹתְךָ means to elevate, to cause to ascend. That's the Kohen's whole job: taking the earthly and raising it heavenward. The crown jewel of the parsha (and really of the entire Torah) is Birkat Kohanim — the three-line priestly blessing that HaShem Himself composed and gave to the Kohanim to deliver.
