### **The Legend of 318**
When Abraham went to rescue his nephew Lot, the Torah says he took **318**
trained men. But the Sages (*Rashi*) say it was actually just **one** man:
**Eliezer**, his faithful servant.

### **The PTSD Connection**
* **The Odds:** One man (Eliezer) vs. Four Kings. It looked impossible.
* **The Lesson:** **Hashem** doesn't need an army to win a battle. He just
needs one soul with total **Bitachon** (Trust).
* **For the Elderly Man:** Even if he feels like he's fighting an "army" of
old memories alone, he has the strength of **318** within him because
**Hashem** is his Help (*Eli-Ezer*).
